PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF YOUR ORDER FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED.
All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following business day. All orders placed on holidays will also begin processing on the following business day.
ALL NON CUSTOM WIG ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO SHIP AND DELIVER AFTER PROCESSED.
CUSTOM WIG PROCESSING
ALL CUSTOM WIG ORDERS, THEY ARE ALL HAND/SEWING MACHINE MADE. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR CUSTOM ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED AND DELIVERED.
Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped, I am not responsible for any delay/non-receipt of package due to your error. Any issue with delivery must be taken up with the shipping carrier.

IF YOU RECEIVE A TRACKING CONFIRMATION AND THE PACKAGE IS NOT MOVING WITH UPDATED POSTAL SCANS OF LOCATION, PLEASE CONTACT THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE AT 1-800-275-8777.
